Usage
Auric Idli Mix and Dosa Mix are easy and ready to cook.
For Healthy Dosas:
- Just add equal portions of multi millet dosa mix & whisked curd and water to make dosa like smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle full of prepared dosa batter.
- Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa.
- Allow it to cook for some time, turn over the dosa and cook the other side too till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
For Fluffy Idlis :
- Just add equal portions of multi millet Idli mix & whisked curd and half a portion of water to make a smooth batter.
- Pour into idli plates greased with oil.
- Steam for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
