Placing your orders
Countries VeehaCart Shipping to?
We are shipping exclusively for Canada.
How do I place an order?
Please select the product of your choice, choose correct options or quantity before clicking “Add to cart”. You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to enter Shipping Address to process your order.
Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you can enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.
Do I have to have an account to place an order?
No, accounts are totally optional.
Payments, Pricing & Promotions
What methods of payment do you accept?
We securely accept all major credit cards. All prices and orders are listed and processed in CAD Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.
Why am I charged before my order has shipped?
Our payment provider automatically & securely processes your order immediately after it is placed.
Return Policy

What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The product returns would only be accepted within 7 days after the product is delivered. Please ensure that the return products are shipped within 7 days to get the refund. To start a return, you can contact us at support@veehacart.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Flagg Avenue, Paris ON N3L0J8, CA. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@veehacart.ca.
Shipping & delivery
What is the average delivery time?
We dispatch all the items within 1 to 3 days from the order date (except Sundays & holidays). And the average delivery time is 5 to 7 days.
If the items are damaged in the transit?
If you receive the item that was damaged in transit, Veehacart will provide a full refund for the damaged products if the customer provides valid proof for the damage within 2 days of product delivery.
How to cancel the order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@veehacart.ca
