• This variety of haldi is rich in curcumin content (up to 7% to 8%) as compared to normal varieties that contain 2% to 3% curcumin.
• Our Lakadong haldi is completely sun-dried and traditionally ground. No additives, artificial aroma or colours.
• It can be used in everyday cooking, seasoning, in milk, smoothies, warm water as turmeric latte  or simply added in water with honey. 
  
• It is most effective when ingested with black pepper because black pepper contains a natural ingredient called "piperine" that promotes the absorption of curcumin in the body.
