Preparation Instructions:

• Cook the Porridge: In a saucepan, boil 1 cup of water or milk. Gradually add the paste to the boiling liquid while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  
• Simmer and Stir: Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes, stirring until the porridge thickens to a smooth consistency.
