- With a heat value (measured in Scoville Heat Units) of ~35,000-40,000 SHU, these chillis are a spicy grade and immensely popular in Indian cuisine.
- Once sourced, the chillis are transported to the factory where they are cleaned and processed before being freshly machine ground into a texturized powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers.
