Line your oven tray with aluminium foil bottom and sides and all the foil slightly with a paper towel.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eChop 1\/2 cup almonds and add them to the baking tray with your Happy Berries Fit \u0026amp; Flex granola.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMix and spread them evenly in the tray and bake for 5 minutes. Stir and bake for another 5 minutes until they are lightly roasted and transfer to a large bowl.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTake a quarter cup of butter and 1\/3 cup of honey in a saucepan. Add a quarter cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and some salt. Cook on medium flame and stir occasionally till the sugar completely dissolves.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePour the mixture in the bowl of almonds and granola. Mix well and let it cool for 5 minutes.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAdd a small cup of chocolate chips and stir to mix well (Optional, You can replace this with cut pistachios as well).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTransfer it all to the foiled oven tray and press the mixture with your hands to make it even.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCover the tray with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hours remove the tray and gently remove the granola block from the tray.
